OBI's production, filling and warehouse design optimizes and facilitates the manufacture of products. A wide range of equipment is used for large scale mixing, blending, heating and homogenizing raw ingredients and skin care formulary. We have the ability to manufacture batch sizes ranging from 30 gallon to 1000 gallons.
On-site automated bottle, jar, and tube fillers, as well as single head manual fillers, allow us to fill a wide variety of bottles, jars, airless containers, and tubes. Automated labeling equipment allow for rapid application of adhesive wrap around labels.
