Compounding
OBI production, filling and warehouse design optimizes and facilitates the manufacture of products. A wide range of equipment is used for large scale mixing, blending, heating and homogenizing raw ingredients and skin care formulary. heat dependant processes are carried out in various 30 to 600 gallon steam-jacketed stainless steel reactors with variable 1,750 rpm overhead mixing. Large scale ambient mixing process are in 500 to 1,000 gallon vessels.

Filling and Labeling
On-site filling stations and automated tubing allows OBI to fill any consumer size bottles, jars, airless containers, or tubes. Automated labeling and printing equipment allow for rapid application of adhesive backed labels and the marking of filled containers with unique lot number identification codes.
